Pet Cheri is the story of MĂ©lanie, a dog-mom who made all the wrong choices so you can make the right ones! After returning to France following years in the United States, she found it impossible to find a reliable solution for taking care of her dog Malka during long days at the office.
After several disappointing experiences, she decided to create a concierge service that would offer a level of quality to match the love we have for our pets: Pet Cheri was born.

Our pamperers are selected through a rigorous recruitment process overseen by behaviorists and veterinarians. We test their skills, ensure they have experience, and verify their love for animals.
Today, the Pet Cheri pampering team consists of 400 passionate providers across France: 80% of whom are certified professionals in the animal sector (caretakers, veterinary assistants, behaviorists...)20% are non-professionals or in training with several years of successful experience.
